Getting Started

Start by requesting a proposal through our website. We'll schedule a site assessment, evaluate your space and audience, and present a customized plan — all at no cost or obligation to you.

No. DailyAmenity covers the full cost of hardware, installation, stocking, and ongoing operations. You pay nothing. The entire service is fully managed with no fees to your property.

Most installations are completed in a single day. After the site assessment and planning phase (typically 1-2 weeks), our team handles delivery, setup, initial stocking, and launch.

A standard kiosk requires approximately 15 square feet of floor space, a standard 120V electrical outlet, and an internet connection (WiFi or LAN). That's it — no plumbing, no construction, no special infrastructure.

Products & Stocking

Our product mix includes beverages, snacks, grab-and-go meals, convenience items, personal care products, wellness essentials, and more. We tailor the selection to your audience and rotate regularly based on demand data.

Absolutely. We welcome product suggestions from property managers and end users. We'll evaluate each request and incorporate what works for your location.

Yes. You have full control over product guidelines. If you'd like to exclude certain items or categories — for example, energy drinks at a school — we'll respect those guidelines completely.

Kiosks are restocked at least weekly, with frequency increasing based on demand. Our analytics platform monitors inventory levels in real time to ensure products are always available.

Our inventory management system tracks expiration dates. Products approaching their sell-by date are automatically flagged for removal during the next restocking visit. Waste reduction is a core part of our operations.

Payment & Pricing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are contactless — no cash or coins needed.

Product prices are competitive with convenience stores and significantly lower than delivery apps. Pricing is transparent — what you see on the label is what you pay. No hidden fees, tips, or surcharges.

Yes. We offer flexible subsidy programs that allow employers to partially or fully cover the cost of products for their teams. Subsidy limits, eligible products, and employee IDs are all configurable.

Yes. Digital receipts are sent automatically via email or SMS within moments of purchase. Customers can also track their purchase history and rewards through our mobile app.

Operations & Support

No. DailyAmenity handles every aspect of operations including restocking, cleaning, maintenance, monitoring, and customer support. Your staff never needs to be involved.

Every kiosk is monitored 24/7 via our remote operations platform. We track system health, inventory levels, temperature, and connectivity — and address issues proactively before they affect users.

Our support team is available via mobile app, email, SMS, and phone. Most technical issues are detected and resolved remotely. For hardware issues requiring on-site attention, a technician is dispatched promptly.

Yes. Property managers receive regular reports covering engagement metrics, popular products, peak usage times, and performance data. These insights help you understand the amenity's impact.

No problem. Our team can relocate the kiosk to a different area within your property. We'll reassess the space and adjust the product mix if needed, at no extra cost.

Technology & Security

Customers tap a payment method to unlock the kiosk, take the items they want, and close the door. Vision sensors and weight detection automatically identify what was removed and charge the customer's card accurately.

Yes. All payment processing is PCI-compliant and encrypted end-to-end. We never store raw card data on the kiosk hardware. Security is a top priority in our system design.

Our sensor system is designed for high accuracy. In rare cases of discrepancy, our team reviews the transaction and resolves it. Loss prevention is built into our operational model.
